经常有一个骗子在华人论坛租房板块妄图开展支票诈骗，从去年12月到现在，我和朋友都先后接到过这个人的邮件，他的第一份邮件原文我给大家附在后面，希望大家小心。总之他的伎俩就是对房子基本不挑剔，不讲解，很快的决定要租房，然后非常着急的要提前支付定金，而且强调自己只能用支票支付，如果你接受了支票支付，后面的骗局就开始了，具体行骗手法请看链接，或者自行搜索支票诈骗/支票骗局。祝各位平平安安~

I am currently in Sydney, Australia for my internship for couple of months now. I decided to gain some work experience , knowledge about Foreign Affairs before I start my own business. I will like to know the rent fee per month plus the utilities, the description of the Place, pictures, size of the place, and the equipment's in there, the closest market, mall and church around.
