Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Company Overview:
Senfeng Laser USA is a professional manufacturer specializing in metal processing equipment, including laser cutting, laser welding, laser cleaning, laser cladding, bending, automation, and machine tools. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced HRBP to recruit key positions and manage our overall human resources operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
Develop and execute recruitment plans, with a focus on hiring laser cutting machine sales personnel and after-sales engineers.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment.
Handle resume screening, interview scheduling, evaluation, and final selection.

Employee Relations:
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and ensure all HR activities comply with company policies.
Oversee employee performance evaluations and support the implementation of employee development programs.
Maintain positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits plans.
Manage employee benefits programs and handle day-to-day tasks related to payroll and benefits administration.

Training & Development:
Design and implement training programs, particularly focused on enhancing the professional skills of sales personnel and after-sales engineers.
Support employees' career growth by providing career counseling and development advice.

Company Culture Development:
Promote company culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and teamwork.
Organize and participate in team-building activities to boost employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in an HRBP or related role, preferably in manufacturing or technical industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in technical sales and engineering roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to independently handle complex HR matters.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.

任职资格:
人力资源管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位或以上学历优先。
3年以上 HRBP 或相关岗位工作经验，优先考虑在制造业或技术行业的经验。
深入了解招聘流程，特别是在技术销售和工程岗位的招聘。
出色的沟通和组织能力，能够独立处理复杂的人力资源事务。
熟悉当地劳动法和法规。
中英双语能力优先考虑。
