With the growth and expansion
of GEL’s business in USA,
GEL shall recruit a sales representative in USA in the year 2014. For detailed
requirements, please see below.

In the year 2014, GEL shall recruit
a sales representative in USA,
whose scope of duty and jobs is as below:
(a) Make use of the marketing
materials and info provided by GEL headquarters to contact and visit new
potential customers at their offices in USA.
(b) Make use of the tradeshows,
events, forums and conferences provided by GEL headquarters to obtain the trends
of translation market in USA, and collect marketing materials and info at the tradeshows,
events, forums and conferences in order to open new markets and find potential
customers.
(c) Make use of sale representative’s
own knowledge, experience and expertise to contact and visit new potential
customers at their offices in USA.
(d) Other jobs required by GEL
headquarters.
Recruitment requirements for USA sales
representative are listed as follows:
(a) Gender: male or female.
(b) Educational background: at least
college or university degree or above (candidate or graduate with bachelor
degree or master degree majored in language/linguistics or sales/marketing is
more preferable, fresh graduates are also welcome).
(c) Working experience: experienced at
least for two years in sales or marketing jobs of electric, electronic,
mechanic or ICT fields or worked with any kind of translation agency / language
association. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome.
(d) Nationality: USA native citizen (or USA green card
holder) or Chinese overseas persons (or students) with a work visa and with
good command of both mother tongue and English language (multilingual candidate
is more preferable).
(e) Special: availability for
frequent traveling, good communication abilities and high negotiating skills.
Confident, outgoing, organized, creative, able to work independently.
Working place: at sales
representative’s home or at the apartment rented by sales representative
himself or herself in USA.
Office equipment: preferably
provided by sales representative himself or herself.
Office hours: the same as the
local ones based on the related USA
local laws, including legal holidays.
Salary: to be discussed with
sales representative according to the USA local average salary standard.
Other advantages and benefits:
if the above sales representative works efficiently or if he/she is really
excellent on this position with very satisfactory sales/marketing achievements,
GEL shall offer him/her a big bonus at the end of the year, or would offer
him/her some capital shares of GEL’s USA branch office if such a sales branch
office was established officially in USA in coming days.
