一年一度的恐怖狂欢再次降临！从本周五（10月3日）开始，到万圣节后（11月1日），“恐怖城市芝加哥”和“圣母的诅咒”两大恐怖主题馆都将在芝加哥Fear City Haunted House上演。勇于挑战神经极限的小伙伴们赶紧结伴出发吧！

What/Why:
Fear City Chicago will return for the 2014 Halloween season, doubling the scare ratio with its signature, immersive theatre of the mind in a vast warehouse of horror. 2014 will bring the inclusion of Our Lady Of The Cursed Abandoned School For Girls, an interactive sideshow of unparalleled proportions. These two forces will unite to provide the ultimate in collaborative thrills and chills with two distinctive haunted attractions in one location: Fear City Chicago 2014 and Our Lady Of The Cursed.
The masterminds behind the twistedly creative Fear City production team, Chuck Grendys, who owns the movie-building shop Big City Sets, and Jim Lichon, an Emmy-winning set decorator formerly with Harpo Studios, bring to life a terrifying side of Chicago which is safe to visit during the Halloween season, for those who dare. They've taken a 40,000 square feet warehouse and constructed a haunted house which is curated year round until opening day. They are constantly repurposing and recycling commercial, television and movie sets with their industry expertise. Fear City has received rave reviews every year since its 2011 debut because Grendys and Lichon don't just go for the big scares; they seek to provoke, disturb and even make one laugh, all the while bringing the terror, too. There is a particular detail to set design, staging and the actor's direction which is unmatched at Fear City Chicago.
This year, Fear City Chicago will be filled with all new nightmares with even more scares and surreal illusions. The setting, unnervingly Chicago, will have both natives and newcomers on the edge of anticipation with fearsome to funny to downright inappropriate scenes throughout the nearly thirty-minutes of self-guided theatrics. With the incorporation of Our Lady of the Cursed, the abandoned school for girls where unspeakable tragedies befell those who attended, Fear City Chicago will remain disturbingly entertaining.
