Staff Accountant

Job Type Full-time Qualifications ​Bachelor’s Degree (Required) Full Job Description Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Litetronics International, Inc. has an opening for a Staff accountant reporting to the CEO at its Bedford Park, IL headquarters facility. A staff accountant is a key member of the accounting team and is responsible for month end close, postings to general ledger, putting in monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and full cycle accounts payable/receivable. Your responsibilities will include • Full cycle Accounts Payable/ Receivable • Prepare daily deposits for accounting software entry • Bi-weekly check runs • Positive Pay upload to bank portal • Processing expense reports • Reconcile company credit card • Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations • Processing monthly Commissions • Processing Wires • Prepare journal entries • Process yearly 1099’s • Support annual audit • Process and submit weekly payroll in conjunction with company PEO • PTO time tracking • Other duties as assigned Skills/Abilities • 3 years of accounting experience • Experience with NetSuite Oracle ERP preferred but not required. • Advance Microsoft Excel Skills (PivotTables, VLookup, etc) • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to multi-task while ensuring meticulous accuracy • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
