岗位职责：1，管理海外清关代理供应商，负责清关代理的引入,绩效评估与成本Cost Down，确保美国清关服务质量；2，梳理美国清关流程，配合承运商及清关代理完成清关资料交付，负责协调处理清关过程中异常问题，跟踪查验状态与结果，确保清关顺畅；3，与不同口岸海关相关政策保持同步，可为公司各部门和客户提供美国当地政策咨询与培训，对政策规则能够进行解读和把控，确保进出口清关操作和清关文件符合当地法律法规；4，负责管理POA授权及掌控BOND额度使用，严格把控BOND的风险程度；5，负责跟进清关代理提交PSC&PROTEST并向上反馈进展；6，负责税金核对及财务对账工作；岗位要求：1，熟悉美国各港口海关规定和申报流程，熟悉美国HSCODE归类、税法税则等；2，具备熟练的中文（华人或会说中文优先）和英文听、说、读、写能力；3，有一定的财务知识，可以核对账单及税金单；4，具备承运商管理、清关行对接经验及美国报关员资质优先；5，在美国有至少5年以上报关行或者企业报关从业经验；6，具备较强的整体海关风险控制能力和经验；业务技能要求:税则归类能力、海关估价能力、美国原产地判定、政策分析能力；Job Description:1，Be responsible for overseas customs clearance broker's management and introduction, performance review, and cost down to ensure the service quality of the U.S customs clearance；2，Review the U.S customs clearance processes, complete the customs clearance paperwork by cooperation with the carrier, and be responsible to coordinate the abnormal cases as well as following up on the inspection status to ensure a smooth customs clearance result；3，Sync customs clearance policy in different ports, provide local policy consultation and training for internal stakeholders, and interpret related policies to ensure import&export are handled in compliance with local policies；4，Be responsible for POA authorization and keep track of BOND quota usage and control the risk of BOND；5，Be responsible to follow up and report the status of the broker's PSC&PROTEST submission；6，Be responsible for tax reconciliation and financial reconciliation；Job Requirements:1， Be familiar with customs regulations and declaration procedures in various U.S. ports, familiar with U.S. HS CODE classification, tax laws, and regulations, etc.;2，Be able to talk with local customs brokers and official customs offices in fluent English, bilingual in Chinese and English are preferred；3， Be able to check invoices and entry papers with certain financial knowledge；4，Being experienced in management and coordination with carriers and customs brokers ,and acquiring a U.S. customs broker qualification certificate is preferred；5，At least 5 years experience in customs brokerage or enterprise in the United States;6，Strong ability and sufficient experience to control customs risks；Skills requirements:Tariff classification ability, customs valuation ability, U.S. origin determination, policy analysis ability
