What You'll Do
As the IT Director, you’ll be the technical expert and act as a liaison between the business side and technical side of the organization, identifying needs, communicating findings, and making recommendations. You’ll identify and bring forth technology infrastructure and solutions to propel the company forward.

· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new systems.
· Manage essential IT operations, including ERP systems, security tools, applications, servers, digital communication, software, and hardware.
· Lead IT projects by planning demands, scoping requirements, and managing costs.
· Take ownership of projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within relevant business initiatives.
· Handle critical IT tasks and systems administration to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software and provide training.
· Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
· Ensure network components meet requirements, seamlessly integrate capabilities, and stay updated on new features and competitive solutions.
· Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for necessary upgrades and constantly assess vendors for optimal service and value.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science
· 7 years of experience in IT management
· 3 years of people management experience
· Extensive knowledge of ERP systems and network maintenance
· Experience with implementing, configuring, and testing enterprise systems and/or solutions.
· Knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
· Proven leadership and project management skills
· Strong creative and analytical thinking
· Professional certifications in the IT field
