招物流协调员 Dispatch Assistant

岗位职责：

客户交付管理
准确理解客户的个性化配送要求，确保服务准时率达标
处理异常情况（如延误、路线变更），及时提供解决方案
团队协作与司机管理
与各部门员工建立高效协作关系
熟悉每位司机的作业偏好（常跑线路、可用时段等），合理调度
行政与沟通
熟练使用MS Office等办公软件处理运输文档
通过邮件/电话清晰传递物流信息（需具备优秀沟通能力）
接受偶尔的非工作时间紧急联络


工作模式：
全职，每周40小时
常规时段：周一至周五 9:00-18:00
必须接受轮值周六班次
环境适应力
适应快节奏、多变的物流作业环境
能同时处理多项紧急任务

Responsibilities but not limited to：
Understand customer specific delivery requirements and ensure on time service is consistently achieved.
Maintain positive team building relationships throughout all areas with fellow employees, understand driver specific needs, preferred lanes and schedules.
Strong communication skills
Strong PC skills & MS Office
Available for occasional after-hours calls

Normal schedule: M-F and 9am-6pm(rotating Saturdays' schedule is a must)
Must be used to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
