Job description
sales representative will communicate, educate, and advise customers and potential customers about the capabilities of Plastic Ingenuity, and guide customer projects through the PI development process. This role will attract and maintain business necessary to foster the profitability and growth of the company while assuring the satisfaction of the customer and anticipating needs to be fulfilled.

To locate potential new customers of LUHUA by prospecting similar industries and following leads and suggestions of the National Sales Manager, other customers, suppliers or industry guides.

To generate new sales with current and existing customers.

To work cooperatively with the rest of the sales and marketing team to encourage sales growth throughout the company.

To regularly meet with existing customers of LUHUA to ensure that they are getting the service necessary and quality of parts they desire.

To guide customer projects through the LUHUA development process and alert production or engineering staff of any problems with products or service and to advise them of opportunities for improvement to increase customer satisfaction.

To assist in building sales and marketing infrastructure optimized for sales growth.
