Our Asian Health Coalition and Center for Asian Health Equity will partner with Bridgeport Free Clinic and University of Chicago Pritzker school of medicine to hosting a free health screening event on Saturday, Nov.19.2016 at CCUC-Chinatown, 2301 S Wentworth Ave Gym Room, Chicago, IL 60616
screening service include: A1C Glucose test-this is a blood test that provides information about a person"s average levels of blood glucose, also called blood sugar, over the past 3 months. Vital signs-Weight, Height, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Waist Circumference and BMI.
As usually, our medical staffs from BFC can assisted you to find a clinic or referral to Access Care.

11月19日星期六早上9时半到中午12时， 在华人基督教联合会CCUC-Chinatown, 2301 S Wentworth Ave Gym Room, Chicago, IL 60616举行免费的健康检测。测试项目包括A1C糖化血糖素测试（可以测试你过去3个月的血糖平均数值），BP血压，HR心率，BMI身体质量指数，等等。
桥港区义诊人员还会帮助你寻找符合你需要的诊所。驻场医务人员会回答你的疑问。
本活动是由亚裔健康联盟，芝加哥医院亚裔健康平等中心和桥港区义诊，芝加哥医学院携手合作。
