Upon the consent by the State Council and the approval by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), China CNR Corporation Limited and CSR Corporation Limited merged into CRRC Corporation Limited (CRRC) on the principle of reciprocity, which is an A+H share company. On June 8, 2015, the CRRC was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange upon the approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Headquartered in Beijing, the CRRC has 46 subsidiaries and over 170,000 employees.

岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1. 协助管理公司各部门资料，确保资料完整性及保密性；
1. Support each department to manage the paper document, ensuring the integrality and confidentiality.
2. 负责接待来宾丶接听来电丶处理来电信息丶来访登记；
2. Screening telephone calls and making reception & registration for the visitor.
3. 协助处理工资的计算与发放丶财务报销；
3. Prepares and processes expense reports and completes reimbursement requests.
4. 负责员工考勤丶办公室日常维护丶设备控管；
4. Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the office.
5. 负责会议安排丶酒店丶机票预订丶行程安排等其它事务性工作。
5. Scheduled and organized complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and other engagements.

应聘要求：
Requirements:
1. 高中或同等学历；
1. High School or equivalent,
2. 2-5年在美综合管理/前台相关工作经验；
2. 2-5 years’ experience in corporate environment
3. 细节导向，能够胜任快节奏的工作环境；
3. Highly detail oriented and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
4. 善于沟通交流和组织能力强；
4. Excellent communication and organization skills.
5. 英语：精通（听说读写），中文：熟练（听说读写）；
5. English: Native speaker, Chinese: Fluent.
6. 美国长期居民或者美国公民。
6. Permanent resident and US citizen only.
