do you go to which help with such claims?

Hello,

I just like to know from you guys if you get into accidents (touch wood), assuming you're not liable and claiming 100% from the other party's insurance. .which reliable workshops do you go to which help with such claims?
I've found out from most of the site sponsored workshops here that they do not handle claims & some will will pass on to outsourced workshops to handle the claims & repair. This may not be an issue if you just wanna claim for changing external kits/ Bumpers etc. & respray. I guess there's always places like SWC or yew lip for stuff like that. But what if you're looking for a reputable place for full diagnostics, undercarriage, shocks etc. check-up, repair and helps with processing Of claims. Any recommendations on such?

Please help.
