We are looking for a housemate for private bedroom in a large 4 bedroom house.
We young working professionals (Mid 20's to mid 30's) working in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
There 3~4 people sharing the house.
> 1 Bedroom $550 / month (1 year lease) utilities (Wifi, Heat, Electricity, Water, Garbage)
utitilies are divided by tenants
Each room has a bed, table, light.

The house is furnished.
We share Kitchenware and utensils..etc.
In house laundry in Basement wit extra storage place
Parking in driveway and attached garage.

> Clubhouse with x2 Swimming pools outdoors and x1 indoor swimming pool.

Near major highways I390 & 290.
Close to Schaumburg, Hoffman estates, and Mitsuwa Japanese Market.
30-40 minutes to Airport.
Roselle Metra train station is 50 minutes to downtown Chicago
