Order Processing and Customer Service Clerk,located near Chinatown and downtown

Order processing and customer service. Generating carton labels, packing
lists, shipping labels, invoices and any other documents related to the
orders. Preparing items for shipment, including picking the right
products, assembling, packaging, labeling, and shipping merchandise.
Answering customers' phone calls and emails. Understand the products and
common issues.
Proficient using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, internet,
emails. Hard working. Attention to details. Dedicated to the job. Stable
and reliable. Fluent English and professional communications both
verbal and in writing. Bilingual Spanish or Chinese is plus. Legal
working status. Full time, $12-14/hr. W2.
