Service Area
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.
Please note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.
Filing Services
OFFICE HOURS:
This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Driving directions are as follows:
Take Lake Shore Drive.
Exit at Lawrence Avenue.

Case Services
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
